Lentoria sits on Lentor Hills Road in District 26, a 5-minute walk from Lentor MRT Station (TE5). The Lentoria location highlights start with green space: Lower Peirce Reservoir and its park lie to the southwest and Thomson Nature Park to the west, while the Central Expressway (CTE) is a short drive away.

Lentoria has 42 facilities across three levels: 27 at Level 1, 3 in the Level 2 Clubhouse and 12 on the Level 14 Sky Terrace. The grounds hold a 50m lap pool and a 350m garden trail, and the development has two function rooms that can be combined into one larger party space.
Level 1 carries 27 facilities in five zones. The Oasis holds the 50m Lap Swimming Pool, Kid’s Wading Pool, Shallow Pool Lounge, Hydrotherapy Spa, BBQ Pavilion 1, BBQ Pavilion 2 and the Cabana & Sun Deck. Forest Playscape groups the Maze Garden, Forest Pavilion, Water Pavilion, Fitness Station, Forest Fitness, Nature Play, Bowling Lawn, Dog Run, Garden Lawn and Whimsical Garden. The Botanical Collection holds the Fernery, Palm Grove, Jogging/Walking Trail and Orchid Collection; Waterfalls covers the Grand Arrival, Water Feature & Green Wall, Entrance Palm Garden and Biophilic Waiting Area; and the Level 1 clubhouse holds the Garden Lounge and Forest Lounge.
Level 2 Clubhouse holds 3 facilities: the Gymnasium, the Yoga Studio and the Clubhouse Garden.
Level 14 Sky Terrace sits on Level 14 of Blocks 36 and 38 and carries 12 facilities: the Suiseki Collection, Sky Jacuzzi, Dining Pavilion, Party Deck, Swing Garden, Board Game Deck, Whimsical Lightscape, Garden Library, Yoga Terrace, Tea Pavilion, Stroll Garden and Outdoor Fitness. Neither block has homes on Level 14, so the terrace separates level 13 from level 15.
Lentoria Fittings and Brands
Lentoria homes are fitted with TOTO sanitary ware and fittings, a Blanco kitchen sink and mixer, Bosch kitchen appliances, a Samsung fridge and Daikin air-conditioning. Every kitchen has laminated cabinets, a quartz counter top, a stainless steel sink with mixer and a fridge. Living, dining, kitchen, balcony and PES areas are tiled, and bedrooms take vinyl flooring.
Kitchen Appliances by Unit Type
The kitchen specification comes in three tiers, and three-bedroom homes sit in two of them: the 3 Bedroom types in the middle tier, and the 3 Bedroom Premium types in the top tier with the 4 Bedroom and 4 Bedroom Premium types.
A1 to B4S (1 Bedroom, 2 Bedroom, 2 Bedroom + Study): an induction hob with hood, an oven and a washer cum dryer, with electric water heaters and no town gas supply.
C1 to C4 (3 Bedroom): a gas hob with hood, an oven and a washer cum dryer, with a gas water heater on town gas.
C5P, C6P, D1, D2 and D3P (3 Bedroom Premium, 4 Bedroom, 4 Bedroom Premium): a gas hob with hood, an oven, and a separate washer and dryer, with a gas water heater on town gas.
Lentoria Smart Home and Sustainability
Lentoria homes come with a Daikin smart home system covering air-conditioning, a digital door lock and a smart smoke detector. One ceiling fan is installed in the living room by default, and a purchaser may opt out of it in the S&P.
Lentoria holds BCA Green Mark Platinum Super Low Energy certification (GM5101/1/2023). Its Green Mark features include onsite renewable energy replacing 30% of common area energy, LED lighting with demand control saving more than 60% against SS530, 5-tick air-conditioning with ceiling fans, low-e glass, sustainable materials of at least SGBP 2 ticks, and lower embodied carbon in the concrete, steel and glass.
The car park has 227 lots, including 3 EV charging stations, plus 3 accessible lots. Waste leaves each block through a pneumatic waste conveyance system, fed by refuse hoppers in the common lift lobbies.

Six stacks in those blocks begin at level 3: stacks 10 and 11 in Block 36, and stacks 15, 16, 18 and 21 in Block 38. In Block 32, stack 02 begins at level 2. The 14 homes at level 1 with a PES span 11 unit types.
